DemeTECH Corporation is an eCommerce brand specializing in PPE supplies to individuals and businesses. DemeTECH noticed that they were having trouble keeping up with content creation in their email efforts, which resulted in a noticeable decline in revenue. Whitelabeled Media partnered with DemeTECH with the goal of unlocking dormant revenue by reviving their email & SMS lists. We implemented key campaign & automation strategies that resulted in a sharp increase in healthy revenue in just 3 months.
We analyzed Shopify data to gain insights into key metrics like average order values, frequently repurchased products, repeat purchase rates, and more. This analysis provided us data that allowed us to create a strategy to optimize over 12 email and SMS automations, ensuring relevant messaging for both buyers and non-buyers to drive more acquisition and encourage quicker repeat purchases. Additionally, we redesigned email templates to enhance the brand's image and focused on campaign strategies and content that were tailored to contacts based on their purchase history.
1 . The Challenge
Business was going well for DemeTECH during the pandemic, but as restrictions eased, demand for masks began to cool off. On top of that, DemeTECH lacked the resources internally to keep up with their email & SMS efforts to keep their lists engaged.
2 . Keeping Things Simple
DemeTECH only hit their lists primarily when there was an update, or when they had their occasional sale. To combat this, we created a campaign strategy that not only sells to their list, but continuously engages them with educational content and updates that are relevant to their customers.
3 .Scaling Automations
From there, we focused on creating a suite of automations for DemeTECH that followed the customer journey, but was also broken down by whether they had previously made a purchase. By splitting automations between buyers & non-buyers, this allowed us to keep our messaging hyper-relevant to who receives these emails.
